Today, my solo cup is filled with Introspection.
That's right, I am examining my own mental and emotional processes and making it a part of my job description. The way that we process information has a big part of how we plan and execute our goals. I believe it to be very important to dedicate blocks of time to look inward and try and make sense of what is going on in my head. So many outside distractions and worries interfere with my focus, and in turn, communication. I am formalizing a plan to take control of my thoughts as a judge would in his/her courtroom. I've declared that at times I will have to overrule, discontinue and motion to dismiss - to move forward. And, other times I will have to bang my (figurative) gavel and demand order in my head.
And so I say right now and with you as my witness, "Order, Order in my Head!"
